January 12, 2010 The Cler Hotel isformally opened as a hotel on September 8, 2008. The Cler Grand Hotel are owned by Mr. and Mrs. Romulo Capunong, dealer of YAMAHA Motorcycle in Visayas and Mindanao.
The word “CLER” come from the family name of family Capunong, “C” stands for Capunong, “L” for Lunor “E” for Else and “R” for Romulo. The Building purchase by Beterbo family and renovate into hotel.
