  I choose this picture simply becausethis is the first time ever that i uploaded  . This picture because  we had a good friendship. His my friend the guy with the beautiful smile his name is paul like me paul has an disability . This picture has taken at marikina hotel this picture is very memorable because we came to manila to create an federation of persons with disability . There are four provences  to came and participate THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY like ilo-ilo, dagupan, tuguegarao and roxas, each provences have their own participants. We organize this to become an legal, independent people that the persons with disabilit has their own rights to the community.
